Vintage Kodak Instamatic X-15 Camera 126 Film Camera Made in USA Wrist Strap

There was a time when capturing everyday life meant the satisfying click of a simple camera and a roll of film that held the promise of a dozen small surprises. The Kodak Instamatic X-15 is one of those cameras—a straightforward, beautifully utilitarian snapshot camera that defined family photography in the late 1960s and early 1970s. This example still has its classic black and chrome styling intact, along with the original wrist strap. Even better, there is still a cartridge of film inside the camera, which adds a fun bit of mystery and nostalgia—who knows what images might still be waiting there. When tested, the film advance lever appears to function and the film advances, though the camera has not been fully film-tested. Also makes great display piece for a bookshelf, office, or photography collection—an authentic reminder of the era when Kodak made photography accessible to everyone. • Model: Kodak Instamatic X-15 • Film type: 126 cartridge film • Made in USA • Classic black and chrome body • Original wrist strap attached • Film cartridge currently inside camera • Simple point-and-shoot design In good vintage condition consistent with age and use. Cosmetic wear and light surface marks visible on the body. The film advance lever appears to function and the film advances, though the camera has not been fully tested with fresh film and is being sold as a vintage collectible camera.
