This is a vintage rug woven by Moroccan tribes for everyday use. The natural off-white base features a free, generous, and charming geometric pattern resembling a trailing flag garland. The continuous diamonds and zigzags are symbols of home safety and warding off evil for them.

It is close to a flat weave with no pile, making it comfortable to use in Japanese living spaces regardless of the season. The soft color bleeding unique to natural dyes and the color variations due to sun exposure give this rug a unique expression and warm depth.
