Pascal Grierson
Pascal Grierson is a corporate mountaineer. He's not a real one (afraid of heights!) but he does know a lot about scaling the heights of the corporate world with over 30 years of experience at multiple levels of management and leadership. After running media partner training at BBC World Service in markets all over the world, he teamed up with Dean Arnett to create Talisman Training to take skills development and training to the next level.
Dean Arnett
Dean Arnett is a former BBC documentary producer of 23 years and also worked as a course and events manager at the BBC Academy. He has delivered training and production workflow consultancy support to broadcasters and digital publishers all over the world. Like Pascal, he feels that training and skills development need to be delivered differently with a much more on-going and supportive approach for teams and individuals.
Who We Are
Talisman Training is an agency that looks to re-invent the training relationship with broadcasters, news agencies and digital publishers. We recognise that most current training scenarios involve the agency turning up delivering a number of training courses and then leaving. We aim to be more of a partner and complete the journey of staff developement with you reacting to an ever changing industry constantly embracing new technologies.
