Pascal Grierson likes to see himself as a corporate mountaineer. He’s not a real one (afraid of heights!) but he does know a lot about scaling the heights of the corporate world with over 30 years of experience at multiple levels of management and leadership.
After a spell at BBC World training he realised that training and staff development could be done better and teamed up with Dean Arnett to create Talisman Training to do just that.
